Tempting, but that's a bit of a drive to see some flowers. I do have business in Salem though, so maybe I can bundle.

I tend to do that a lot, haha.
Not on purpose, either. Just get so busy and take a while to get around to it.

Great pictures - they remind me of a report of Crescent Mountain with the same beargrass bloom timing. That's one of those hikes you'll remember for some time.

Any news on this year's bloom?

Yearly bump. Any recent status reports? With the late season maybe they are going now?
