Tahkenitch Dunes Loop | August 18, 2018

Started out from the day-use parking at the south side of the Tahkenitch campground (USFS fee area), and followed a counter-clockwise loop along the Tahkenitch Dunes Trail, south along the beach, and back via the Threemile Lake Trail.
The trails were all in great condition (once you get used to walking in soft sand...), and well-signed.
Encountered a dozen or so parties on the trail, including a bunch of people camped out above Threemile Lake.
No bugs, and pleasant temperatures.
