Oh goodness, I haven't posted here in a LONG time! I haven't been hiking nearly as much (which is disappointing) but still have been taking lots of pictures.

Opening pic:
I went to Catherine Creek on Friday and sought out the first grass widows. They are out, but not prevalent just yet. I'd say in the next week or two. They are 4-6 weeks earlier than last year.
Toward the top, the fence has blown down, and, without help, I wasn't able to right it.
The trail is somewhat muddy, but nothing like last year! Other flowers are out too and it was a great day, albeit windy. not a surprise though!
