Last summer I was the Park Ranger on the HCRHST and thought we kept it up nicely back then. It is so sad to see the disrepair of the trail this year, especially knowing how much money was spent to build it. I bet the bicyclists who regularly use the trail instead of the highway are very bumbed out.
