I grew up in White Salmon, cut my teeth doing short hikes around Multnomah Falls area. Didn't REALLY get into hiking until later. I've lived in the Seattle area for just about half of my lifetime now, hard to believe. But my folks are still in White Salmon and I like to do some hiking when I'm in the area. I just had an extended visit between Fathers Day and the 4th of July, squeezed in a fair number of outings. I enjoy browsing this site but I don't think I've posted a trip report yet.
