backpacking in July
I am scheduled to lead the Bull of the Woods Loop at the end of July. I've read a few places that there is still quite a bit of snow up there. I am looking for an alternate trip fairly close to home (2-3 hours of driving from PDX) with approxiamately the same amount of mileage.. Roughly 20-30 miles. Does anyone have a favorite backpack trip they would like to recommend as an alternative? Thanks !
