Yeah it was pretty much the best. Neither of us brought shelters due to the incredibly good forecast, planning to simply bivy, but the hammock called my name as I was packing my bag out of the gear closet. I've slept on it quite a few times and it's always incredibly comfortable. I simply under-inflate my neoair and sleep on top of it in the hammock. The only potential downside are cold spots on the side where you have no pad underneath you and the hammock compresses your sleeping bag.
Though on this trip, I was hanging out of my quilt both nights anyway.
