Another place to find good outdoor clothing is the Columbia Sportswear Outlet Stores. The ones I go to are in Mountain Park/Lake Oswego in the SW, and in SE Portland, not far from the Ross Island Bridge. I have snapped up AMAZING deals on winter jackets in the spring, which I usually hang on to for birthday or Christmas gifts later in the year.

They have a big sale coming up around July 4th as well.
