Ah yes! I've have at least a dozen encounteres with them back east! Overgrown maskless racoons!! We had three day's food laid waste by a mom and cub. Man those buggers can MOVE!

Scrambler, Bench Canyon was one of my favorite places in the Sierra...very peaceful. Have a great time!
