Hurricane Ridge open but capacity-controlled

FYI: The Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center at Olympic National Park burned down a couple months ago. Because of this, there isn't enough toilet capacity on Hurricane Ridge, so they're only letting in the first 175 cars per day, and then 170 more after that on a one-out-one-in system. (It's literally about how much poop the port-a-potties can hold.)
