Race in the gorge this weekend

Post by squidvicious » March 30th, 2022, 2:47 pm

Heads up that the Gorge Waterfalls 50K / 100K ultra race is this weekend, Saturday & Sunday. That's between Benson State Pk and Cascade Locks / out to Wyeth. If you were planning on hiking in the OR gorge this weekend you may want to take a look at the courses and schedule to avoid getting caught in the middle of things

I hiked up towards Indian Pt today and saw them briefly on the Herman Ck trail. No issues with crowding, but I was only on that for a quarter mile, and the trail is fairly wide there.
