Does anyone know if Burdoin Mt is open for hiking?
I know it's privately owned but hiking was allowed but that was pre Covid.

Yes, If you park behind the hospital, there is a sign at the gate with the rules. The main thing is no dogs during the months when the cows are grazing, and close the gates. Was up there a few weeks ago.

The no dogs period is typically late March-June. It can, and often does, close during late summer when fire danger is high.

Yeah that's how I remember it but haven't hiked it since 2019 so didn't know if things had changed.
Looking forward to going back.
