Is the trailhead open?

I believe that area is closed. Back in November this article mentioned: "Butte Creek and Abiqua falls were not burned but can only be accessed by forest roads that were burned and remain unstable, officials said."

It's possible that has changed, but you'd probably have to call ODF to find out for sure, unless someone here has updated intel.

The road to Abiqua Falls was not within the burn area... But most of the road IS in Santiam State Forest, all of which is still closed.
