Looking for a Spring Backpacking Trek

I am looking for a good 3-5 day backpacking trek for this coming April. Typically in the Spring I have done something on the Rogue River Trail because weather is good enough and it is best to get there before the bugs or heat. I am thinking there must be other good multi-day backpacking Treks in Southern Oregon or Northern California. Some snow is fine but it is also nice to have dry land. Any suggestions? I'm doing the Lost Coast Trail on Feb 18.

Well, you could go right next door and check out the Illinois river.

The Wild Rogue Loop is pretty decent if you haven’t already been through it.

For a late spring adventure, consider the Rogue Wolf Loop

Thanks, just watched Eric's video on the Illinois River Trailhttps://youtu.be/80obJPhhSc4 which validates the appeal of this area. Unfortunately various fires have hit this area over the last 20 years but the recoveries look good. I think I will put together a trek to this area.

Trinity Alps melts out earlier than Cascades, but April is early for that

PCT around Red Buttes on OR/CA border would likely be okay then. There are some trails northwest of there

I'm going to have to check out the rogue wolf loop

Not sure, but that area may have burned in the 2020 Devil Fire.

Metolius River, Wenaha River, Idaho Snake River Trail, Hells Canyon over Freezeout Saddle.

The Kalmiopsis is recovering and could be good. I did a backpack there once to Taggarts Bar and it was a lot of fun. One thing I did see a lot of were baby rattlesnakes, but that was in September.
