Road rage or citizen's arrest? Too close to call. Cutting in line when there's a long wait in the cue should be a crime. Glad they were intimidated to move, but sorry everyone else had to put up with the noise. I've opted for less-congested settings whenever possible, and I am seeing more incidents of "I'm more important than all of you" in recent years.
