Coca-cola is Instagramming Munra Point Now Too
Re: Coca-cola is Instagramming Munra Point Now Too
"Munra Point, as you'd know if you have ever attempted it, is murderous to say the least..." Oh, sigh...
How about Coca-Cola making a hefty contribution to TKO & WTA for trail maintenance or for upgrading the failing lower user trail to "murderous" Munra?

Yep, I just LOVE carrying glass bottles of sugar to the summit of some peak and using a bottle opener to access them. Nothing like sticky and warm soda after a hike. Then I just chuck the bottle, of course.

Coke is arguably more "murderous" than Munra Point.

Naturally. Why lug a heavy glass bottle back down such a murderous trail? Plus, maybe (if thrown properly) it could smack a passing car on I-84.miah66 wrote:Yep, I just LOVE carrying glass bottles of sugar to the summit of some peak and using a bottle opener to access them. I wonder if they got a permit, seems like one would be needed

A permit would be required. I'm curious about this too. I know Coke's lawyers would never drop that ball, but I'm not sure what this guy's deal is.

I didn’t see anything in the commercial that mentioned Munra or even Oregon or anything on the instagrammers page endorsed by Coke, seems just like an actor sharing his filming moment on social medial like anyone else. I bet Coke didn’t even know he did that?

Re: Coca-cola is Instagramming Munra Point Now Too
here's the deal:
I was solicited by a 3rd party to advertise on my instagram account @mountainbrewski for coca-cola. I could get paid to do so. But I almost exclusively post pictures of beer so no way am I going to do that. If it was a general instagram account, I would think about it. if I'm going somewhere already and I'm taking pictures, getting paid isn't bad. This fella has 11.4k views that follow him.. I have no double he was also solicited like I was.
