Race across Elk & Kings in October!

I know a lot of you spend a good amount of time in the Elk-Kings area so this may be of some interest to you. There will be a race on October 12th starting at the Elk campground that will go up Elk Mountain, around to Kings and then down to the Wilson River Trail and finish at the Tillamook Forest Center. It's about 15 miles and very technical. This means that the mountain goats and not the trail runners are going to have the advantage in this race.
