good trail runs in near Eugene?

I recently moved from NYC to Eugene, OR. I was doing a lot of hiking and climbing out east, and now that I'm here mostly climbing and mountaineering. I'm interested in getting into trail running -- where do you recommend?

Having not run in a couple of years, the 3-8mi range is what I'm looking for. Rough terrain and elevation gain are OK, but trails that are doable in Vibram Fivefingers would be cool too.
