FSTopo is now a public-facing GIS MapServer layer

This means that practically any GIS savvy software can display the FSTopo maps. As you zoom in, more data appears on the map. Eventually as you zoom in you will see contour lines. The FS server might take a few seconds to fill your screen with map tiles. And if you zoom in too far you just get a blank screen.
Here is the endpoint on the forest service GIS server:

And here is a Gmap4 link that displays the FSTopo as the basemap. The map is centered near Mt. Hood.
