There are a couple of OSM sourced topo options out there and Mapquest actually has a decent one, however I don't think it's offered for offline use anywhere. Most providers use Graphhopper for routing then a lot of people use Thunderforest for online/offline map sources. Thunderforest (and Mapbox Streets) updates more than weekly and I started using either of those maps without topo lines as it gets confusing if you overlay other topo lines. GaiaGPS has a CalTopo contour layer which are essentially USGS contours that I use to overlay the OSM.

Now if there was an easier way to redraw the water features...

Is the Slide tool still working? It looks like Strava has restricted high resolution Heat Map data to members only.

The slide tool for multiple map layers in Gaia? Yes, at least in the pro version which I have.

Not right now, it's being discussed on how to remedy it.

I probably misinterpreted the question. My comment was related to what I thought was a Gaia GPS question from above where in Gaia you can use a slider to change the transparency of multiple map layers being used at the same time.

Sorry, my fault for not being more clear when continuing a two year old thread.
