This sandbox looks like a fantastic way to teach people about topo maps. And it also looks like a whole lot of fun to play with. Watch the video. I hope it comes to OMSI soon.

The even cooler thing is that you can make one yourself! For around $1000 (most of that for a projector), you can make one yourself. The software is all open source and freely available.

That is really, really cool - I can only imagine how cool it would be to play with. I could probably spend all day playing in it!
