Importing GPX waypoints to Topo Maps app on iPhone

I've done this before and now I either can't figure it out or it just doesn't work anymore. (I'm hoping for the prior). Can anyone that uses Topo Maps app on the iPhone help me out with the best way to import waypoints into your topo maps? I've been using dropbox links to "download" into it. They seem to import, but then I get an error message when I try to look at them.

This has been resolved. I had to use the "server" option which worked super easy. The browse to the file option never did work.
