Streamer
I thought this was pretty cool. It doesn't have some of the smaller streams I am interested in, but it definitely has value.

Re: Streamer
One thing that shows is divides between river basins
Like the Continental divide, or there's one that goes roughly along Oregon California border, and Salt Lake/Death Valley etc. is totally land-locked
Doesn't show the mini land locked basin in South central Oregon

Re: Streamer
I've attached a map of streams computed from LiDAR data overlaid on a USGS 7.5 minute topo map of Horsetail Creek. In the process of creating the map I can choose what to call "big enough" to be a stream. In this example I was looking for navigation landmarks not necessarily water.
My experience is that when I cross a computed creek line on my map there will be an obvious water course in the real world. Note that the line of Horsetail Creek on the USGS topo is inaccurate and over-generalized. When hiking off-trail in complex terrain such as the Columbia Gorge the accuracy and detail of LiDAR can be important.
