Need to find and transfer Utah hike into my Garmin 60csx.

I'm not sure where to even start. Heading into the Pine Valley Mountains near St George Utah in a few weeks and have planned some hikes. I'd like to overlay a trail graphic into my Garmin of my planned hikes. I've done this using NG topo and mapsource for Oregon and Wa hikes (for which I have the ng software) but I really don't want to purchase NG for Utah.

Send me all your data, I might be able to make you a custom self loading mapset if I can find
some basic Utah topo data...

Good news I found a Utah Topo for Garmin, free, ON THIS SITE , but it doesn't have any trails hardcoded into the mapset :(

I did find some trails for Utah on another site but they aren't named, but I can overlay
them and combine everything for a Basecamp style mapset. If you have any of the .gpx
files for your hikes, that would be better data to overlay...

Thanks Eric, by files I assume you mean the tracks for the trails that I intend to travel. This is my problem I think. I haven't been able to locate any tracks to transfer. I'm really dumb with this stuff.

No sweat Joe! I understand, these mapset things can be kind of fun, heh. :)

I loaded this up into Basecamp, DESERT SOUTHWEST MAPSET , and it has your area with trails but the mapset is pretty big. If you are handy with moving things from Basecamp to your Garmin then this will do the trick!

The only thing I can do is cut this baby down and make it self installing...
