whimsical graffiti
I don't like to post graffiti, because it only encourages the degenerates, but this isn't a naturally-placed rock, it's a roadside barrier.
Re: whimsical graffiti
Is that one of those Rock Trolls from "Frozen?"
I'm a big fan of those little pocket-sized painted rocks left along the trail for people to pick up (it's a nice little treasure), but not of graffiti. I may have to give a pass on this one since it is not a nature-placed rock and that big metal tower behind it is the real blemish on the landscape. Yes, we do need the electricity and it needs to be visible for low-flying aircraft, but it's number one for the photoshop app.

Looks like a sasquatch to me. The artist made good use of the shape of the rock.

for BigBear:
edit: It wasn't intentional, but I now realize the creature's expression perfectly suits the photo editing job, as if he's thinking "WTF is that?"
