Re: Happy Birthday!
Could swear I posted this yesterday. Maybe I was so sleep deprived that I stuck it in the wrong place.
In fading light, on hands and knees crawling through brush and downed trees, I saw something shiny off to my side...

Re: Happy Birthday!
I came across a whole nest of these on Larch:
This is either 4 or 5 tied together (I don't want to go dig through the trash to actually count them) - one ginormous one that was multiple feet across and maybe had ripped and was originally a big red circle? and then a bunch of Spider Man ones. I found another one later in the day, bringing the total to 5-6.

Bosterson,
This one I found on Larch this weekend may have gotten loose from the bunch you found. It seems to have a super hero vibe to it.

Wasn't sure this was a balloon shard until I tugged on it. It was stretchy, so balloon seems the most likely explanation.

Cheer up, Brad. It could be worse, it could be a dog poop bag.

That seriously looks like an electron microscope photo of a wayward spermatozoon.
Re: Happy Birthday!
only spotted this because the color stood out on a bed of moss. Rubber, not mylar.
