We should have a "like" button for OregonHikers. Another forum I frequent, MLP Forums, has a "like" button for each post and reply.

The "brohoof" (a.k.a. "like") button works out really well for the group of 33,000+ members. I'm sure it would work out quite well for OH too.

Also, (slightly off-topic), maybe we could implement a more intuitive posting interface, like this one maybe:

I love how beautifully designed the UI is on that site. I am hoping that maybe OH could implement something like that in the future. :D
