Anybody read or listened to http://www.moneyfortherestofus.net/
Really good investment advice so you'll be able to do more hiking
General info, not specific, not selling anything, no ads, I feel indebted so am posting this here, my only interest is reading/listening.
I've been downloading itunes mp3 files and listening while backpacking, especially when I can't get a good radio station. Sansa clip works pretty good, but it's cheap shit for sure - don't expect it to last, especially if you don't baby it. "Serial" is another good one.

99% Invisible is a little podcast about design and other things that are often not seen or recognized. About once a week, about 15-20 minutes or so. RadioLab quality production.
"Why are you always chasing women?"
"I'll tell you as soon as I catch one!"

Invisibilia? I've listened to that, very good
and same with radiolab. They're on NPR also.

99% Invisible is like Invisibilia, but a different production.

oh, no, another podcast...
Re: Money for the rest of us
Don't forget about Kickass Oregon History if you want a good podcast
Note: I guess I should put a possibly NSFW tag on that if you're listening on public speakers...

I'll have to check these out, podcasts help me pass the time while trapped in my cubicle for 8 hours a day!
One of my favorite podcasts is a BBC radio program called 'In Our Time'. The host gets three or four experts on a particular history subject and they discuss it in detail. Fascinating stuff.
