Cool pic, mcds. I've been curious about Gods Valley ever since exploring the Coal Creek Trail on the other side of hwy 53. Now if only I could get a copy of that book

If there are no objections, I can put up jpgs for one or two of the hikes in the book. Let me know. It's a gorgeous book, and I hope the forthcoming version keeps the character.

Reminds me of NorCal's 'Wonder Stump.' It used to be a common stop for tourists, now nobody knows where it is!
