I write a small article for the Portland edition of examiner.com. Officially, I am the Portland Hiking Examiner, and have been told (though the wait has been endless) that I will soon also be the National Hiking Examiner.

. I get paid VERY little for these articles. Most of what I get is based on the old pay per click model. The more people that read my articles the better.
