When these went on sale for $199 at REI a month they were gone in hours. For some reason, I went ahead and backordered two. I don't know why, I'm just like that sometimes.
They came into the store so I went down there today and when I said let's just flip 'em back on my card, the guy looked at me crazy like. Said at that price how could I possibly return them
Well, the price is good, but they sell for $245 on Amazon, so it's not the deal of the century or anything.Anyway, I decided WTH maybe a member of my trail family could use one. So I brought them home.
No negotiations, trades or deals
I can simply take them back to REI (it's not like I don't go often enough ) for the money, but I'd rather one of my trail friends get one at this price.If you want a brand new Garmin Oregon 400t at $200, let me know.
