Rockaway Beach Big Cedar boardwalk

Late December, several big storms dropped several trees at the Rockaway Beach Nature Preserve.

Damage to the boardwalk has been repaired but one tree uprooted at the beginning of the Hiking Trail, closing the trail for the foreseeable future.

Good news is that interpretive signage has been added along the boardwalk.

Thanks. I can put an update in the Field Guide, but it's not clear to me if the whole system is closed or just the off-boardwalk section. Just want to check on that.
