Larch - Wahkeena Junction

Twice in the last couple months I've come across people where Multnomah Basin Rd crosses Larch Mountain trail who are lost looking for Multnomah Falls.
It turns out what's happening is they're starting at Wahkeena on the loop, but the junction of Wahkeena and Larch Mountain is so overgrown they don't even notice the trail going down. They see the trail they're on apparently continuing straight, so they just keep going.
I think there's actually a few things contributing to people missing that junction, but the main one and the easiest to deal with is definitely the overgrown brush. The end of Wahkeena as you approach the junction is also pretty overgrown, which probably adds to people being distracted.
