Neahkahnie from North TH Closed

Drove to hike Neahkahnie, large sign across trail access from highway 101.https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index.cfm ... parkId=139
"Neahkahnie Mountain Trail north from the south trailhead to about 500’ beyond the summit viewpoint (45.743830, -123.947673 ) is open for an out-and-back hike. From this location north to Highway 101 is CLOSED."
Hiked up from the south TH, which was in good shape until close to the summit where there were a couple down trees and the trail somewhat washed out.
