Bridge down on Little North Santiam Rv. Hike

Hello!
New here; hope I’m posting this in the correct place!
Hiked part of (late start) the Little North Santiam River Trail yesterday, 3/31/19. At about mile 2.5 from the west trail head, the bridge there (sorry, don’t know what creek) is down and out.
I have no idea if anyone has been alerted nor do I know who to alert. But I have a feeling all you good smart trail stewards can take it from here!
Thank you!

I don't think this creek has an official name, but I'm pretty sure it's closer to the west trailhead than 2 1/2 miles!

If you post in the Trail Rx Forum, the Forest Service might see this, as they check here from time to time. They've "let go" some of the other bridges on the trail, though, so unless this crossing is a deep ford, the footbridge crossing here may be decommissioned as well.
