Larch Mountain/Franklin Ridge blowdown

1) Larch Mountain trail, maybe 1/4 mi south ("up" the trail) from the 1st half-broken ("1 person at a time") bridge after the Wahkeena loop junction.

2) Franklin Ridge trail, maybe 1/4 mi north of the junction with the Oneonta trail, though unfortunately I don't totally recall. It's definitely north of the junction with #446 (Multnomah Spur), and is no more than 1/2 mile north of the junction with Oneonta, so somewhere between those two points. This was the worse of the two, hard to tell in the photo.
