I guess I haven't been on that section of trail in the past couple weeks, as I have not seen the new bridge. To answer a previous question, I constantly see horse manure on upper foxglove way as well as on the Devils Rest trail. I assume they make a loop from the 1520 trail. It's clearly marked on the connector trail from the road to Devils Rest trail that horses aren't allowed. It's funny, it didn't occur to me that's what caused the footbridge damage.
