If you right click on the image, open just the image in a new tab, then copy the url here between the image tags, it should work

I believe you first have to have the photo "shared" in some capacity (eg in an album you've shared with others) or else it will only be visible to you on here if you're logged into your Google account, and no one else will be able to see it.

The last two tries worked (the two before that didn't).
It should auto size pretty well without you needing to do anything, but if you want to manually adjust the size, you can change the width and height at the end of the URL:
https://..........=w700-h933-no?authuser=0
(This one is 700px wide by 933px tall.)

The reason those two failed was that you used the URL of a page, not an image.
