Google seems to be having a problem indexing www.portlandhikers.org, if you look at the results from searching on 'site:www.portlandhikers.org' I get back only 33 pages and most are not the interesting trip reports etc. from the forums. Searching on 'site:portlandhikers.com' gets over 4300 entries from the archive site. The Field Guide seems well indexed as 'site:www.portlandhikersfieldguide.org' returns over 2000 links.

Not sure why this is the case, maybe a site index file submitted to Google might improve the results. I dunno, maybe this is normal.

We may be getting penalized because we recently changed everything and a lot of old URLs redirect to portlandhikers.com- not sure. I'll take a look.
