Posting photos from PicasaWeb

So, unless I am missing something really obvious, I can't get photos from PicasaWeb to show up in a post. I used the Img link and put in the URL right where it belongs ... nothing.

Any suggestions here?

I was able to do it as so (I know it isn't PicasaWeb, but....):

And the result:

Make sure you're getting the URL of the image itself, not the page it's on, by right clicking the image.
