Milky Way.?

What's the Milky Way logo I'm seeing in the upper corner at times? I tried searching for a discussion about it, but didnt find anything immediately.

I have never seen Milky Way logo

Are you on a mobile device and is it inserting an ad?

Ya I'm on an iPhone 5 using the cellular network. I did a screen capture to get evidence of it. Since this post, it hasn't came back. I did click on it earlier, and it took me to the index page just like the normal banner does. Hmmm

It should have only been showing for a couple minutes. It's the default theme image.
