Field Guide links to trip reports

I have noticed that a large proportion of the links in the Field Guide to trip reports are to reports in the Archives which are currently unavailable. A lot of them date back to the early days of this forum (2006-2007), which is, I believe, when many of the Field Guide pages were written.

Even if the trip report archives become accessible (I hope they do at some point because there is some really good stuff out there), all those links would need updating since we have lost the portlandhikers.com domain. Wouldn't it be better just to delete all links to specific reports in the Field Guide and just have the "Search Trip Reports for xxx Hike" link (which automates the whole process so that the latest trip report is the first one to show up)?

There's always something....!!!
