Hi,
We recently did the 3 sisters loop, and could have used some information about the fire in the trip description.
Hike: https://www.oregonhikers.org/field_guid ... sters_Hike
Edits:
Current: At mile 2.9 (6030') is the junction with the Scott Trail #4068. Stay left, on the Scott Trail.
Change to: At mile 2.9 (6030') is the junction with the Scott Trail #4068. Stay left, on the Scott Trail. This is where the burn area starts, and lasts almost uninterrupted until the lake at mile 14.8
Current: At mile 14.8 (6000') is a lake with campsites.
Change to: At mile 14.8 (6000') is a lake with campsites. This is at the edge of the burn. The north half of this lake is burned, but there is camping (2-3 sites) and water access on the south side.
Thanks!
