link to Marion Lake is broken
I looked at a bit, there must be a page for Marion Lake that has a slightly different name?
Marion Lake link broken
Re: Marion Lake link broken
I cannot find it if it ever existed, and I think I was told not to create pages for places I've never been, so I'll have to leave this to someone else.

Re: Marion Lake link broken
All fixed!
Two years ago I discovered that someone had created the page for the Marion Lake Trailhead back in 2015, but no hikes that started there. Since I had been to Marion Lake I created the hike page for it and forgot to create the Marion Lake page itself, which I've now done. I've been meaning to flesh it out in more detail but haven't yet made it back to re-hike the trail.

I'm planning to visit Marion this weekend. Is there anything I can do that would help fill in the details? GPS tracks, note any helpful wayfinding, pictures?

If this message find you in time I personally value having GPS coordinates for trail junctions. Thanks for the offer.poppacouch wrote: ↑June 18th, 2020, 11:14 amI'm planning to visit Marion this weekend. Is there anything I can do that would help fill in the details? I have tracks for all my movement to and around Marion Lake, including to the Marion Falls and the loop at the base of the lake. What is the best way to share it?
Re: Marion Lake link broken
Thanks. You should be able to attach .gpx or .kmz files to a post here I believe?

The Field Guide doesn't have the ability to provide uploaded GPX tracks to users.
Re: Marion Lake link broken
But we Field Guide editors can use the tracks to create/update FG pages.justpeachy wrote: ↑June 23rd, 2020, 6:29 amThe Field Guide doesn't have the ability to provide uploaded GPX tracks to users.
