In the "Maplinkinfo" template (http://www.portlandhikersfieldguide.org ... aplinkinfo) that creates the links when there are coordinates, we should change "Google Earth" to "Google Maps" and remove "&output=kml" bit from the URL template, because that output=kml trick doesn't work anymore!

And while we're at it, the page name's spaces don't need to be converted to underscores in the Google Maps link...
