Tragic bear attack story

I hadn't known that Romania has brown bears, but apparently it does. This heartbreaking story describes what happened when one attacked the writer's wife.

Very well told story. I wonder with the hostels around there if that was not a factor.Brown bears seem to be more problem where they
are exposed to people.
