strange little flowers at tamanawas falls

strange little flowers at tamanawas falls

hmmm... up at tamanawas falls there are hordes of these little yellow flowers growing all over next to the falls.... they at first glance appear to be balsamroot, but they are much smaller, about half the size.

heres a picture, posting at large size so you can see it better:

does anybody have any ideas of what these are??

Can't tell specifically without seeing the flowers & plants close-up, but it's almost certainly some kind of groundsel.
