Rowena Plateau flower

It looked similar to a grass widow but the colors weren't right. Trying to cross reference from Adam's amazing wildflower page and I think it is some kind of monkey flower? Sorry I couldn't get a better picture.

The little gold one is a yellow bell (almost too obvious). The paler yellow cluster is big-seed biscuitroot.
