I'm no llama expert. Maybe justpeachy will contribute her experienced eye to identifying the subject of your photo. She should know,as confirmed by this trip report:

I don't post much, obviously, but I felt I must come out of the shadows and clear this up. If you were to think these questionably cute objects were llamas and then you remembered that some people use llamas to carry their gear into the mountains and carry other peoples' trash out and then you decided that's a really swell idea and took these feral objects home to domesticate and use them as hiking companions, well, I think you would be bitterly disappointed and might give llamapacking a bad review. I couldn't take that chance. These look more like alpacas anyway, probably from the Webster camelid line of better housekeeping products.
