Sitting on the rocks a Cape Kiwanda yesterday. From a distance it looked like a Penguin
Yes I know there are no Penguins at Kape Kiwanda (only Pelicans
)

The streak behind it's eye makes me think Common Murre. In most pics, they look slender, but sometimes they comport compactly.
